Safe space environment to explore our feminity, learn how to walk and dance in heels, explore choreography on different songs every week, from rythmic pop to slow sexy! This is an all-level class with beginner-friendly and intermediate move options. GOAL : Have a blast and feel empowered (and little sweaty) after class!
